Roanoke Connect installers are back in the field performing new connects
as of Monday, June 22, 2020.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Roanoke Connect made the decision to postpone entering homes for new service installations to protect our member-owners and our employees. Now our installers have been properly trained and equipped to provide the safest service possible.
Our technicians have been and will continue to maintain a safe environment at all times. All employees are required to take their temperature daily, wash hands and sanitize often, wear masks and maintain social distancing. Upon arrival to your home, please know our technicians care about your safety and will wear protective gear at all times, including a mask and gloves. They will also be sure to sanitize all thermostats, water heater controls and routers before they leave.
If you or anyone in your home has experienced a fever, cough or other COVID-19 symptoms or has come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms, please call our office prior to your scheduled appointment time.
